Diana is freaking me out. In science I noticed huge cuts on her arms, one of them had obviously been bleeding, the others were just red lines. I asked her about them, and she said "I was bored."

Bored! WTF! She looks like she's been attacked by a tomcat in heat! On coffee! The odd thing is she says she did it in English, and I completely and utterly failed to notice despite sitting next to her. Besides, as if that doco about The Birds was boring?

Speaking of The Birds, a flock of gulls freaked us out at PE by circling menacingly overhead and divebombing the pitcher. Which was me. Not actually touchdown divebombing, just flying right over my head at high speed.

But yeah, I'm kind of freaked about Diana. She's completely un-depressive, and... and... well who the fuck cuts because they're BORED?! I KNOW the feeling that's presumably behind it and it is not boredom!

So unless her pain receptors are completely elsewhere, I'm just very confused.

I am not sure it was boredom alone. But the frustrated kind of boredom where you'd rather do something else and you're stuck. Other times, I just wanted to see if I could really etch a design on my skin.

Hmmmmmmmm. I now think I justified my being the awardee of the Stupid of The Year award.

Not a specific story, just every single tech support worker I've ever met has claimed to have presented that award to someone (not neccessarily in their hearing).
