Everyone at school was really weird today. I get on the bus, shelly doesn't even notice my hair until I go and sit next to her. Get to school and say Hi to ruxi, who completely fails to notice and then walks away. then Diana goes: "Hey maggie! You're not wearing your glasses." I'm like... ... ... THAT's all you noticed?

I run into Ruxi again and she's like... ... ...omgyourhairwtf. And I'm like ... ...yeah.

Everyone just walks on past and then suddenly turns around going, wait a second wtf??

History excursion was good. Man, Hotel Rwanda is so so sad. I cried. Well i think everyone did. All the senseless violence... It's all those crazy Belgian's fault. I think the people who made it were really good - they managed to shoot scenes with dead bodies and people getting beaten to death in a way that makes you cry without making you throw up. Not too much fuzzy, but just enough. The fact that all this shit actually happens gives it an even more O_O tone, although it also made me keep expecting the main characters to die, because it is real life after all - I thought it'd be like Cry Freedom. Damnit but Africa hasn't had a very good three hundred years.

Afterwards Nicky and I got Subway and took up a table for six, somewhat guiltily. I fed my cookie to the pigeons. This one fat pigeon kept frightening all the others away. So I stopped. Then we all went back to school, where I got started on my multi movie and slept through english class.

We have a really inneffective teacher this year. Not only does nobody like her - she's collecting articles we were supposed to write. She comes up to my desk, where i'm sleeping.

Teacher: Maggie - got that article?
Me: *without head leaving desk* Nup. *goes back to sleep*
Teacher: *Walks away*

AGH this hair is so hard to get used to. I keep reaching up to play with it and it's NOT THERE.

And since we're deconstructing satirical texts of our choice in English... I get to spend whole periods watching Foamy cartoons and say it's work!!

No, see what I think happened is this: She was cutting it like I wanted it too, but one bit was uneven, so she cut something else shorter to even it out, but then found that was now shorter than the first one. So then she had to even out the rest. And so on and so forth.

So it's more a matter of unskilled hairdressing than 'Mwahahahaha i shall give you short hair"
