That's the annual Pesach Farce over with. It's a lot more fun now that I can appreciate the inherent humour of the situation than it was when I was a kid, and all I'd do is cringe in embarrassment while my grandad sang random Khazak songs and my grandma ran around with plates of fish. Now we have the bonus of my little brother crawling around under the table grabbing random legs. And of course we did not actually pray or rid the house of bread or anything like that, who can be bothered? My grandfather also demanded apples and honey until we discretely informed him that it was not in fact Rosh Hashanah. It's perfectly reasonable - for my family Jewish holidays are really just an excuse to get together and eat, so all of them become sort of smooshed into Yom Rosh Ha Purimover. Have a drink!

Yom Rosh Ha Purimover

bwah! Sort of like in my head all American patriotic holidays blend into Memorial President's Independence Day Sale. Which would probably be vastly improved by Khazak songs and apples & honey. (You know, I'm an American, but not a practicing American.)
