1. No, but if I ever find some sufficiently nihilistic friends I'm sure it'll end up happening eventually.
2. Probably both, although I was thinking of Desire, from Sandman. My generation's more for the Panic At The Disco kids' style, though, which certainly I have no objection to. And what's that japanese guy's name who dresses up in the frilly skirts and pigtails? Mana?
3. I can't afford corsets :( but that's not really relevant as I'm pretty sure this interest arose from a weird conversation with...

woodburner? I can't quite remember. Like explodescow and stuff.
4. Oh yeah. They storm the barricades every so often, waving leetle flags and yelling revolutionary slogans.
5. Thigmoo is journalists' shorthand for "this glorious movement of ours" based on the frequency of the phrase in British politics a few decades ago. It is also the title of a very fun book by Eugene Byrne in which Educational AIs turned communist take over the world.
