May. 25th, 2007 06:38 pmThere are little bits of paper lying all over my house labelled "Notes From Dad" with a kitschy puppy on them. Generally they contain notes from mum, because my dad doesn't leave notes and there's no sense in wasting paper, eh?
I still haven't posted my photos from the Discworld Convention, what with the computer issues and my general procrastination and all. In fact, rather shamefully, the con guys have managed to put up the Run Rincewind Run short film from the opening ceremony (don't worry about the second-hand footage at the start, it goes to normal soon enough) before I got nsome stupid phone-camera photos online.
I am ashamed of myself. Also amused at the video, wish I hadn't missed the opening ceremony. So much went wrong with that trip. And now I have to consider whether or not to apply to VCA, which is apparently a great drama school (melbourne is generally better for theatre than sydney) but... urgh, melbourne. I don't know if I could stand the winters. And I don't really want to leave Sydney so soon, I think it would add too much stress to the whole transition to uni, not to mention having to leave all my friends behind. Likewise for WAAAAAPA, which is in oh god Perth. Why must Australia be so bloody huge?
