Yesterday I went into the library, typed "fox" into the catalogue, and borrowed everything on the list that looked interesting. This involved some curse-filled scrolling through completely random movies included in the search because they were made by Fox.
One book, a collection of essays about gender diversity, had misplaced its catalogue number, so I had to get a librarian to help me. It was on the shelf with all the Human Sexuality books, and I noticed that publishers of same have an odd habit: whenever the title of the book contains the word "gay", it's always written in HUUUGE block letter, as in "Growing Up GAY In The Deep South" (real book, I'm not sure what it's doing in an Australian library). Also, when the librarian saw what I was borrowing, she tried to be Understanding at me. I didn't know whether to laugh or link her to this.
Also, I wrote a song about a guy who's dating the Antichrist. Not the Good Omens one, a female version. And when the girl can send her mates the Four Horsemen round to your house, you'd better tiptoe!
