Borat is pretty much everything they say it is. Horrible and hilarious. I personally thought the naked wrestling went a bit overboard, and felt sorry for the chicken, which probably got run over or something. But all over it was great, it made me laugh.
I also played pool with Avi today. We're both something of a freak show when it comes to the good old billiards. He's fairly simple, he just has this uncanny knack for sinking the white ball. Does it no less than six or seven times in a game. It kept falling out of the machinery, too, which meant we had to call over the AMF staff to unlock the table and fish it out. My own pool oddity probably stems from the fact that I literlaly play most games by ear - I don't think about them, I just use my intuition. Whatever the cause, I started off the game with a laughably high total miss record, and in fact only sank one ball the whole first game. Avi sank more of mine than I did! This meant that about five stripes were left on the table, so what did I do? I went and sank them all in a row like I played pool every day. The second game was even to the point where only the black ball was left, and then he got it before I could. I have no doubt that, had we played a third game, I would have kicked his ass mightily just like I did the last time we played pool. Basically, I have an in-game improvement rate of WTF. This also happens with card games. I don't play often, so I continually forget how to play in between occasions, and take a few games to get a feel for it again.
