AND ANOTHER THING.
Nov. 13th, 2006 04:27 pmI was accosted by the school principal, Vazza, today. She stopped me in a corridor on my way to maths and started questioning me about my recent report marks and how they weren't up to scratch with my original entry test results. My answer to this was "...procrastination?"
She said "Well, that's a tough one, I know it happens to me - I find all you can really do is break it up into little pieces and - oh, hi Emma!"
I said hello to Emma, who's just finished her HSC and was wandering past. Vazza then continued "I was just telling Maggie about procrastination, and how you have to break your tasks up into smaller pieces..."
Emma: "Oh, yeah, I procrastinated heaps - I was fine, don't worry about it! ^_^ You just have to do it."
Vazza: "Yes, that's the other thing, you just have to say, alright - oh, hello!"
At this point a completely random office lady walked past.
Vazza: "I'm just explaining to Maggie here how to handle procrastination..."
Me: "Oh god."
