Yesterday I went to Nicky's house, which is all the way in Guildford. Her parents are nice. I was going to catch the nine thirty train, but my mum persuaded me to help her take my brother to daycare on the way and I ended up taking the eleven o'clock train. Because we are unreliable and disorganised.
When i got to the station I realised she'd forgotten to give me money, too. And the guy at the register told me they don't accept bank cards. I decided to buy something to get change, but the convenience store guy said it had to be a purchase of over ten dollars. So I went to find an ATM. It took me three shops and a cross of the road before I found one, got back, bought the ticket, asked a train guy directions, and as luck would have it that line was the ONLY one he didn't know everything about, so I had to wait while he checked his computer, and I got to the station just as the train was about to leave.
Once there I got forcefed futurama, Eyetoy and Final fantasy X :P which I admit was fun. Although ya know, you'd think Tidus, a guy stuck in the future who goes round in bits and pieces of bright yellow armour, mismatched gloves and half a pair of boxer shorts would at some point get offered a change of clothes. Also his necklace never falls forward when he leans over the bow of a ship in a romantic manner. I mean what kind of sportsman wears a necklace anyway? The things get caught on stuff!
Nicky's got boat camp next week, so i won't see her again till school starts. That's the problem with having friends who live in like Woop Woop or something. It's so much hassle to see them.
I'm really getting abused for babysitting. The same thing happened this morning - my mum dragged me out of bed and said I was gonna watch timmy while she got ready. Which obviously took another hour or so.
Then I went to the library, got amazingly the same amount of non-fiction as fiction (well hey, philosophy is interesting) and breakfasted on a cheeseburger. Now my grandparents are here, and I'm supposed to help them with cleaning.

He gets out of the water ... he's dry.
He leans forward... his necklace defies the laws of physics (or maybe he glued it on, i derno *shrugs*)
Hahahaa... crazy stuff!
