Nov. 8th, 2006 09:29 pmI don't use my memories function for much. Mostly I just put posts I don't have time to read in it, so I don't have to figure out how far back I have to go in the flist - I just start from the top and read in reverse chronological order. It's probably silly, but I do. Anyway, my "to read later" file has built up a abit, so I'm going through it and dealing with stuff.

List seven songs that you're into RIGHT NOW. No matter what genre, whether they have words or even if they're not any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Then tag seven other people and see what they're listening to.
I reckon all my favourite genres are pretty well represented here. I've linked to the lyrics, for your convenience, and I'll yousendit if anyone wants any.
1. Re: Your Brains by Jonathan Coulton. Comic gold.
2. If I Apologised by Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean, sung by Josefine Cronholm. It's the credits song of Mirrormask, which is so very awesome.
3. Rain, by Breaking Benjamin. It's been a favourite for a while, it's just really pretty.
4.LDN, by Lilly Allen. She's great, I love the British. Even pop and rap sound cool in a bri'ish acktzint. And she actually has nice songs, and all.
5. There's A Good Reason These Tables Are Numbered Honey, You Just Haven't Thought Of It Yet, phew, by Panic at the Disco. It makes me giggle, and also sounds good, and uses the piano riff from Putting On The Ritz, which is, how cool is that?
6. Stadium Arcadium, by Red Hot chilli Peppers. New album's title song, it's nice. This album is good, there were more songs I loved than there were songs I hated, and RHCP can't seem to find a middle ground, but I'm not complaining.
7. In The City, by Razorlight. This song has so much awesome value. The rhythm takes a run-up, starts out slow and ends up really fast, decent music and good imagery to boot.
Also, something awesome and hilarious involving book-merging.
