So, NIDA Ensemble started up again yesterday. We have a couple of new kids but only one who turned up, Daniel. And he, my friends, wins the Straight Eye for the Queer Guy Award for Campest. Fourteenyearold. EVAR. He has reddish-dyed hair, and the lisp, and the body language, and black nailpolish on his hands and feet while being as far from goth as is humanly possible. He's so cute. I anticipate the return of Alyssa muchly. She's most definitely the Alpha Female of our group, the Drama Queen if you like (Luke is the Royal Advisor and me? I'm possibly the court jester), and you know what they say... you can't have two queens in a hive!

...that was a really bad joke. But all that aside, it will be most amusing, because Alyssa has Huge reactions to things, and I think she'll like him.

Diana is freaking me out. In science I noticed huge cuts on her arms, one of them had obviously been bleeding, the others were just red lines. I asked her about them, and she said "I was bored."

Bored! WTF! She looks like she's been attacked by a tomcat in heat! On coffee! The odd thing is she says she did it in English, and I completely and utterly failed to notice despite sitting next to her. Besides, as if that doco about The Birds was boring?

Speaking of The Birds, a flock of gulls freaked us out at PE by circling menacingly overhead and divebombing the pitcher. Which was me. Not actually touchdown divebombing, just flying right over my head at high speed.

But yeah, I'm kind of freaked about Diana. She's completely un-depressive, and... and... well who the fuck cuts because they're BORED?! I KNOW the feeling that's presumably behind it and it is not boredom!

So unless her pain receptors are completely elsewhere, I'm just very confused.
