Aug. 18th, 2006 09:00 pmI've been going through my "to read later" memories. Generally things go there when I don't have time, or I'm on the school computers and can't click the links. So here is a meme from
smutella, ages ago, which is especially appropriate since apparantly people from thailand and Norway have been dropping by lately.
Chances are people you don't even know are being introduced to your journal every day, either randomly or through someone else. In addition to recent entries, people can get to know you better by what you posted in the past. With that in mind post a link to your entries on this day three months ago, six months ago, nine months ago, a year ago, and two years ago. If there was no entry on that day, link the closest date.
Three Months Ago:
I felt emo and posted a lot of art.
Six Months Ago:
I posted lots of boring memes on the 18th of February and thereabouts, so I went all the way back to the 15th, when I grumbled about Valentines Day and policed grammar.
A Year Ago:
I wrote about my birthday, and was apparantly under the misapprehension that all problems can be solved by letting a bear eat them. Tsk, tsk, now I know the error of my ways, for all problems can actually by solved by duck.
Two Years Ago: (whoah, i was on lj two years ago?)
Oh, I wasn't. Not in August. But on the 18th of October I posted my very first entry, about Stan's birthday party, which in hindsight was an extremely fitting event to begin my livejournal on. Yay LJ!
And now, more linkspam! From
woodburner, ages ago: Extremely Bizarre Learn-English Program. I totally agree with her comment regarding acid.
