Ms Surbey took me and Zoe to Kingcoppal (sp?) this morning to rummage through their costume department.

...WHY DO THEY GET ALL THE COOL PERIOD DRESSES T_T

Ahem. Their costumes are very, very shiny. We have petticoats, and Baby Bump vests, and a lovely blue lace-up dress with HUUUUGE white ruffles which may or may not fit Chloe for the cinderella scene but, heck, it was too cool not to bring. Also calico and muslin and a baby doll.

Among the things we did not need that made me go squee were:

19th-century style men's blouses (eeee)
Shakespeare dresses
Helmets aplenty
Stalin coat
HUUUUUGE hoop skirts
Top hats

A good time was had by all.

I've had SO MUCH ENERGY today it's not funny. I took a wander around the neighborhood in the afternoon, and about an hour ago I went for a jog in the dark, but sadly my throat constricted on me after one lap of our park.

I'M STILL JUMPY.

I will never get to sleep tonight.
